Add a New Customer¶

Step 1

Click on add new customer to add a new customer:

Important information:
- This data is the basis for the SaaS/SLA contract.
- All fields marked with * are mandatory.
- The customer number is the internal customer number and this data is not used by Rotronic.
- The phone number should be in international format (+xx xx xx xxxx).
- The users added to the license generator are the users that will receive the RMS Tech notes, all Cloud updates and other such information.
- The comment is a field for useful notes/reminders.
