Login - User deactivated

When trying to login, I forgot my password and tried to reset it, but I get the message that my user has been deactivated and no E-Mail is received.

  1. The admin must go into the system and activate the user. Check how many failed logins have occured.
  2. The admin must go under Tools>Setup>System>Security settings and increase the "block user after" settings to above the number of failed logins done by the user.
  3. The user can then try to request for a password reset and the user will get a new password via E-Mail.
