On-Premise

Setup your on-premise software solution with the following guide: RMS Server Software Installation.

The configuration software will be required to setup the device's IP, the server URL and the DNS: Configuration Software - RMS-CONFIG.

Software Releases:

New releases of the RMS Monitoring Software On-Premise solution are available on a regular basis.

Only customers with the premium support SLA receive free software updates.

Telephone and SMS alarming:

Order: RMS-WEB-XDA.

SMS and telephone calls are invoiced on a monthly basis: RMS-WEB-XDAM.

**Device/Measurement point measurement interval: **

Minimum interval: 10s.

**Software Activations: **

The RMS-WEB software can be activated a maximum of 3 times: Production, Test and Validation environments.

Documents:

Documents are only stored on the server and in the system if the archiving and document function is enabled. If this function is not enabled, then the documents are created but not saved.

RMS OPC UA Server:

The RMS OPC UA Server is only available in combination with the RMS-WEB software.

Events & Audit Trail:

The audit trail corresponds to who did what and when. The events only do not contain these details.
