Data recovery of deleted MPT/DEV

If an MPT/Dev has been deleted in the cloud, Rotronic can recover it and deliver the data in the form of a csv/excel file.

In order for us to be able to recover the data we need the following things:

• MPT/DEV Number
• MPT/DEV Name
• MPT/DEV Serial Number
• RMS Serial Number
• Date and Time
• Time and Timezone where the MPT/DEV was deleted
