Carbon dioxide temperature compensation

The temperature is compensated over the range of -20...50 °C. The output variation is ±1 %v/v or ±10 % of the measured value up to 50 %FSD and ±15 % of the measured value from 50...100 %FSD, which ever is greater.

FSD: Full Scale Deflection (full scale of the sensor).

%v/v: %volume/voltage.
