User Settings¶
The following functions are available for creating and editing users:
| Filter | Filter the list of users on the basis of the entry |

| New | Add new user |
| Select columns | Select columns to be shown in the user list |
| Show disabled users | Check box to show disabled users |
| Show deleted users | Check box to show deleted users |
| Delete | Delete user |
| Save | Save changes |
| Reset password | User must create a new password on next login |
| Undelete user | Appears when a deleted user is chosen. Deleted users can be reactivated, but group membership and group rights must be reentered after reactivation. |
Every user has the following properties:

| Visible in | Group in which the user is visible and applicable |

| Comment | An input area for comment |
| Telephone | Telephone number |
| Login via LDAP | Allow login via LDAP |
| Deny change password | User cannot change his password himself. Useful for guest users. Password can still be reset in the user setup. |
