Missing properties file

When showing device properties under setup, RMS reports an error: "Error reading the device properties".

Download the hardware firmware from the Rotronic Website: https://www.rotronic.com/en-ch/rms/downloads-rms.

Within the firmware file, you will find the property file. You need to upload the property file.

Step 1: "Tools" > "Device": Select the device.

Step 2: "Options" > "Import device definition": and upload the property file.

Step 3: "Options" > "Read out device settings".
