Software Exceptions: Read out Server Audit Trail

The server audit trail can be found event viewer.

When logged onto the server search for the Event Viewer:

Check under Windows Logs, then System and scroll through the listing to find the time stamp of the software exception from RMS:

The results within Event Viewer can help trouble shoot the software exception. For the meaning of the result in Event Viewer, please consult with your internal IT.
