Test installation:

Test Webservice database connection
Test Database Connection of RMS Web Application
Test RMS Web Application (Http)
Test RMS Web Application (Https) Only applicable if SSL is required. SSL Certificate must be installed

Please refer to the troubleshooting guide, if the tests above fail.
