Cancel RMS-WEB/CLD-XDA

In order to cancel your RMS-WEB/CLD-XDA, please follow these steps:

Step 1	Please send an E-Mail to [email protected] requesting for the RMS-WEB/CLD-XDA to be canceled.
Step 2	The software license will be upgraded to a new version without the configuration option for the telephone account settings.
Step 3	The telephone numbers will be suspended and can no longer be used.
